What Is So Important About Executive Teams?

The passion for accelerating executive team performance and outcomes spurred us to create and provide a suite of Apps to guide their leadership activities. Executive teams need structure and specialized technology to support their leadership activities, as do the other teams in an organization.

This all began for me while preparing to launch a private equity company. I had just exited from building a company from napkin drawings to 3,000 employees in 5 countries. We grew that business organically and with acquisitions. I learned a lot about executives and executive teams.

I knew that as the leader of a private equity company, my primary focus would be guiding and developing executive teams. We could not find a suite of Apps to help us do that, so we created our own.

The name Zynity conveys creating harmony among the parts, a primary task required of executive teams. Connecting and aligning the parts begins with the executive team being connected and aligned.

We believe executive teams need a coach, so we engage with exceptional executive coaches by providing a certification process to help them apply the Zynity™ Apps with their clients.

The difference needed is that most executive teams get lost in the details of operations. That is management. We help them do their leadership role, which requires some focus on the overarching issues. Leadership establishes clarity and an environment where operational excellence is accomplished efficiently and effectively.
