Every member of executive teams must commit to their elite journey as members and as a team. Everyone they serve deserves an elite executive team. Take the first few steps, and the rest will happen.

Life must be a magnificent adventure. Each part of our lives is a separate but intertwined journey. Every aspect of the journey provides its unique beauty, experience, and rewards.

Being elite is a journey without end. The journey of elite performance in every part of our lives amplifies the intensity and rewards of every step. Commitment, passion, and discipline get braided together to ensure exceptional accomplishments.

Elites create growth, performance, and value. They believe in a win-win-win for themselves and others. Their momentum motivates and accelerates everyone with whom they connect.

Elites make it happen with structure, discipline, and guidance. Elites are very coachable and pursue improving continually, intentionally, and passionately.

Every stakeholder (employees, customers, vendors, owners) deserves an elite executive team. The environment elites create gets distinguished by less stress and exceptional outcomes. Everyone thrives. They make extraordinary performance look and feel effortless.

Elites train and perform within a defined system. The system provides a framework for learning, performing, and assessing progress along the journey. Leaders of sports teams all use and talk about their ‘system.’ They credit much of their success to having and using a system.

Please don’t be put off by the idea of a system. Each system gets applied differently for each user. Thousands of companies use the same accounting system, but each one uses it in their way. Several common problems do not exist in organizations with elite executive teams. The common problems include poor financial performance, slow/no growth, dysfunction in the executive team, chaos within silos, conflicts between silos, key talent escaping, loads of stress for everyone, and many more (as we all have experienced).

Each of these problems begins and grows with underdeveloped executive teams. Setting high goals and providing pressure to exceed goals will not solve these problems. Intense pressure to exceed goals amplifies the negative impacts of these problems. Setting goals is essential. Exceeding goals is honorable. However, providing a positive environment for everyone, within which they get accomplished is even more critical.

We share a passion for promoting and helping selected executive teams start their elite journey. It is not for everyone. Everyone who starts and continues gets rewarded. The journey and the rewards never end.
